“By taking in and validating the good feelings people have for me, I have come to appreciate myself more and accept my good qualities. I’ve become a much better friend to myself.”

"GETTING INTO SELF" MEDITATION
What People are Saying About Self-Capacites...
Alice Ritch, Music Therapist – Ireland
I have gained so much from Bonnie’s teaching, experience, and expertise. The pace of learning is so thoughtfully planned, and I really appreciated the progression from the basic class moving into the exile class. The demos were always so inspiring, and it is a privilege to share this beautiful, delicate process and witness it being so skillfully employed. As a music therapist, I particularly enjoyed the inclusion of music in the opening meditations and the rich discussions that have ensued in the group. It has truly been an enriching experience and I look forward to continuing next year. Thank you.
I have worked on myself for many years in a variety of settings, but never have I gotten so far so quickly as I did in a recent IFS workshop led by Jay Earley. I immediately sensed Jay’s compassion, respect, patience, persistence, and sensitivity to what was going on inside me and the others. Building trust, which usually takes weeks, was instantaneous for me. As a result, I made a major breakthrough. I have been able to cry for others but never for my own pain, but in minutes, my tears were a torrent, and I could finally feel that old pain and let go of it. I would recommend Jay without hesitation to anyone searching for healing or wholeness.
Shira, LCSW - Washington DC
In all my years of professional development classes I have never grown so much as a person. I was truly moved and opened by the IFS process. My clients are experiencing much deeper work and appreciate the possibilities that the IFS method opens for them. I am grateful to have found this method and for Bonnie’s expert Self-led teaching.
I’m grateful to have learned about this work. Jay’s presentation of the basic concepts made it easy to understand. His masterful facilitation made it possible to have a profound experience of the work. I was surprised at how quickly I got in touch with a major block to my empowerment. Jay’s compassionate presence created a safe space to explore it.
